14. The first sentence is supposed to be shocking and to make you want to write that post

about how we're not over racism. But then the punchline about a black man cleaning up the mess - god, it did make sense at the time about how that pointed out that racism is in fact still real but now I can't think straight. Or maybe I wasn't thinking straight then and now I am.

we are still living in it ourselves. All that has been proven is that a black/white man can get into the White House but it has not stop the mention of color or the use of it. We still have a long, long way to go but as long as we are willing to put ourselves into check, to think about how we use it in our daily lives, there will come a day, not today yet, but one day perhaps it will happen.

here in Georgia. Blacks voted 98% for BO and whites voted 76% for McCain. Even though BO got 47% percent of the vote without campaigning here, the racial past is alive and well. Saxby Chambliss told whites "Those other people are voting", and he is in the Senate.
