2. Evidently the SF Chronicle has a tape . . .

. . . of Obama saying that by implementing a true carbon emissions tax in which the real cost of emissions is converted to cash, energy companies won't build coal plants anymore, because it would "bankrupt" them.

Palin is making it seem that this was some "hidden" interview that was leaked out but the truth is this interview was from January and SF Chronicle has always had it on their website.
