A McCain troll has visited my blog...
Edited on Thu Oct-30-08 11:52 PM by Wetzelbill
And I respond. :) It was a liveblog on Obama's ad last night, plus the video of the whole ad too. Note the lovely troll-y mispelling to go along with the completely incoherent thought process. It's rare to see one in the wild and this appears to be a fine specimen. If "fine" is a metaphor for "complete moron." -Bill

Here is the exchange:

Any time u get up and talk for thirty min u open urself up to show what a true idiot u truley r.

There is nothing more horrifying than stupidity in action.

Win or lose I will be able to say I had nothing to do with it since my vote went to McCain. Ppl need to stop voting with thier emotions and vote for straight facts and especially facts pertaining to a persons character and beliefs. So far the young America has not taken in consideration either when it comes to barack Hussein obama.

Hahaha! That's funny. Yes let's vote for "straight facts" like "I'm a maverick" or "she's a moosehunter." Let's not look around and see what's gone on the last 8 years and exploit somebody's middle name because all you have is fear and hate and nothing else to offer.

Here is the thing, I've forgot more about politics and McCain and Obama than you'll ever know, but besides that, I'm a pure policy voter. McCain doesn't really have much for policy. His health care plan is a joke, he doesn't really have an economic plan, and his foreign policy ideas are wrong-headed and stuck back in the Cold War era. We're in the midst of a two wars and a crisis and this guy has nothing new to offer, that's telling.

But riddle me this, genius, dating back to Hoover, every Democratic president has had better job creation and economic growth than every single Republican president. It's typically not even close. McCain offers the same failed policies, Obama offers ones that have historically worked light years better. You could take a dust mop and they'd be better than McCain on the economy. And the last two presidents to balance the budget were Dems. Every independent analysis says McCain's economic plan would be a disaster, just like Bush's.

But I digress with you on character. I mean if you can't trust a guy who helped lie us into a war, cheated repeatedly on his first wife, consorts with domestic terrorists, has lobbyists who work against U.S. interests running his campaign and is a member of the Keating 5, well then I guess you just can't trust anybody. Good night and good luck.

1. I think your closing comments may have blown a circuit
I'm assuming he's sitting at his computer, one eye closed, drool rolling down his pants leg.

5. I hope so
I think what made me mad is I can handle policy differences just fine, we have plenty of arguments on DU about it, but to suggest that people are just voting for Obama because of emotion and not facts? Yeah right. That's a joke. Especially coming from the people who live their lives with only hate and fear and who thought some wannabe like Bush who played dress up was a real cowboy.

As I've often said, some right-wing comments should come with their own laugh-track.

12. I know
It makes you wonder where the hell these guys come from. Yeah, Obama is many things, but the guy isn't stupid. McCain, well, he can barely keep Sunni and Shia straight and didn't even know how Social Security worked last summer. Yeah, he's a genius alright.

15. If Republicans voted rationally, there would be no Republican Party.
They are the ones who are more likely to vote on emotion (usually fear). I fully understand why you loathe those cretins who dare to claim that we, Democrats, are basing our voting decisions on emotional reactions. Quite obviously, as this episode demonstrates, Republicans are also given to projection.

Now, having said that, I doubt you accomplished anything. Because Republicans vote on emotion, they can not be swayed by rational arguments. Trying to reason with them is like beating your head against a brick wall. All the same, I hope you feel better. At least you made it go away.

The United States is a LIBERAL Country.
