Good or bad, what you focus on becomes your reality.
Say I'm hurrying to an appointment downtown somewhere. I want to find street parking but it's the middle of the day, so I assume I won't find a close parking space and I'm upset because I know I'm gonna be late for my meeting. What happens? I find a parking space 6 blocks away, and I end up frustrated and embarrassed as I rush into my meeting several minutes late.
OR
Same scenario except I imagine myself finding the perfect parking space and then arriving on time, relaxed, and ready for my meeting. What happens? Hey, look! Here's a spot! Great! It's only half a block away! I get to my appointment and later on I realize, that's what I saw happen in my mind.
This works, people.

I've been a student of the power of visualization for years. There have been plenty of studies that show there is something to it. Visualizing the RESULT you want to achieve sets in motion the series of events and actions that need to occur for the desired result to occur. The focus needs to be on the ACHIEVEMENT, the victory, NOT on the work it will take to make it happen or impediments you fear stand in the way of your goal. And all it takes to really work is to imagine how this victory will feel, sound, and look to you in as concrete a way as possible.
I am not saying don't plan and don't get down to work. We have to do all of that. I'm only suggesting you add a few minutes of heartfelt visualization to your day every day. Believe me, it will make a difference.
I'm just gonna post here a link to a site that explains it better than I have time to myself. It's a very quick read. I encourage everyone to read the page in full.
http://www.achieving-life-abundance.com/visualization.htmlWe can have this victory. We just need to focus on how good we will feel when we win this election. DO NOT focus on JMcC or SP or any GOPer or FuxNews or a Bradley Effect or voting machines. No! Visualize the result you want, and how you will feel when we achieve it.
