Michelle Bernard on MSNBC: Socialism argument is big failure for McCain. Obama +9 OH; (-)1 MO
Edited on Mon Oct-20-08 11:16 AM by Roberto1223
that was her observation after the new Suffolk Poll shows Obama kicking McCain's butt in Ohio by 51-42 and behind Missouri by 45-44. Lynn Sweet said that McCain is in big trouble in Missouri because Obama is catching up quickly in MO and that usually means that the one catching up ends up winning.
So, the new Suffolk Polls:

OHIO: Obama 51; McTongue 42
MISSOURI: McFart 45; Obama 44

4. She's not as bad as other rightwingers.
She's tolerable. She's not a firebreathing nutcase.

6. I don't have a big problem with her either
She's not insulting like some of the other pundits. She also said she's very impressed with Obama and is leaning towards voting for him.

18. I always get the feeling that she is embarrassed to be on with some of
the more outrageous RWingers.

Didn't know she was leaning towards voting for O. Good on her!

20. During the Dem convention she confessed to Chris Matthews that she is leaning towards him
He had to drag it out of her but she said that she is really impressed with him and could see herself voting for him. She said she was also impressed with Michelle after her speech. She said it showed that Obama is not intimidated by strong women.

... she just seems edgy and sorta irritated to be there most of the time.

5. Isn't that Ohio poll a bit of an outlier?
I thought other polls had the race within a couple of points.

I was wondering about this poll also.

8. i knew that line of argument would be an epic fail
People are STRUGGLING and Mukkkain is dissing the idea of spreading the wealth. Very out of touch and tone deaf, in my opinion.

10. I would take a 1 point lead for McCain in MO before election day.
This weekend, I had a feeling that Obama supporters will turn out big in MO and put him over the top . Don't know where that feeling came from

16. Polls
Obama Is killing Mccain In Ohio.Just remember whenever a poll comes out showing a narrow lead In
Ohio another comes with a Obama lead. The polls In Missouri now eather has Obama ahead by 3 or lightly more or Mccain with just a 1 point lead. Here In Missouri Obama will pull It out.And for
anyone who doudts It virtually every poll during the Primary had Hillary winning(Survey USA had It by double digets) but Obama won it by 1.Huge turnout In the city and county of St Louis and here In
Kansas City plus a good showing In Columbia will allow Obama to pull It off.

19. Ohio is much tighter than that in every other poll, still even to McCain slightly up
at least from what I've seen in all the other polls. Don't get me wrong I would love if the numbers from your poll were realistic but I don't think they are given they are completely different from all the others.

Edited on Mon Oct-20-08 01:00 PM by mvd
With this, the average of the latest polls is a nice 3.3% Obama lead.
