John McCain has inspired my favorite Aunt to VOTE for the first time in her life.

No shit: She's my Mom's little sister, I've known her
since I was knee high, and she's NEVER voted in her life.
Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, McGovern,Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush,
Clinton, Bush again...you name it, she didn't care enough
to vote for or against it!
But she got one look at McCain on the "nightly news" here in Central PA,
and she went and registered to vote for the first time in her life...
because she wants to vote for OBAMA!

this is why I know McCain is going to lose this election:
My Mom and Stepdad are both registered Republicans here in PA,
and they're both gonna vote for Obama as well.

I thought that I could take credit for 'turning' my mom, since I've
been trying to keep her up-to-date on the issues, but it really
had NOTHING to do with me. She's voting against McCain for the same
reason my aunt is registering to vote:
because they just instinctively HATE him.

My Mom told me she never bothered to click any of the links
I had eMailed her.
But the first time she saw McCain on TV, she felt ill.
The first time she saw his fake smile (she calls it "his shit-eating grin")
she knew she had to vote against him.
That was what turned her against McCain- it wasn't any of the facts
about his history, it was just her primal instinctive reaction
to the man himself.

Mom hasn't voted for a Democrat since Carter, but she's voting for
Obama in November...and my Aunt "K" will be casting her first vote EVER
for him.

I don't think either my mom or my aunt are really voting "for" Obama
(I know for a fact that mom has an irrational fear of brown people)
They're ordinary everyday folks who are CREEPED OUT by John McCain.

2. A lot of women instinctively know a male conniver, predator or whatever.

They can't explain it, it is just survival instinct or something. When I get that feeling about a man, even one I don't know, I stay as far away from him as I can. I had that feeling about a neighbor. When his daughters were older, I found out he had been molesting them as children. I am not saying that is the case with McCain, but IMO he views women as meat, simply for his chomping.

Women learn to avoid PREDATORS, don't they?
So maybe that's why they are instinctively
voting against McCain.
