2. I think if he was going to do it, he would have already....
we all know he likes Obama though, so that's good enough for me. I'm sure he's voting for Obama.

3. Don't count on it
He's said that we won't endorse anyone publicly, I expect him to stick to that.

The only way I cold see him changing his mind is if the gop goes even more nasty than they are now, and they piss him off.

7. hagel and bloomberg? =D
i REALLY want to see mike bloomberg endorse obama.

let's not kid ourselves. the bloomberg/hagel 2008 ticket came || to happening this year.

these are names which represent a potential... and very real... break from the GOP by moderates.

if they jump behind obama, like so many other conservatives... the GOP has to get the message.

11. I can only hope!
When Bloomberg was on Meet the Press the other week he sounded very favorable towards the Obama campaign, said that he had talked to them frequently and dropped Obama's name while they were discussing the Wall Street crash. If my memory serves me right it was Brokaw who brought up McCain and Bloomberg said he hadn't talked to him for a while.

At the time I thought he was pushing for Secretary of the Treasury but now that he's pushing for a third term that's unlikely to happen. So if he does endorse, it will definitely be Obama, I think.

12. I agree it will be Hagel and Bloomie and some others who will be unexpected.
The Obama campaign will likley roll out these endorsements on a daily basis right up to election day.
