He did touch his jacket, but I didn't read it as anything untoward. Just natural reaction, he does it three times and the left hand did the same. Thanks again.

He gets weird and nervous after the handshake. I wonder if he was coached not to wipe his hand after the handshake, and then caught himself doing it, and then improvised all that adjusting and hand patting and stuff afterwards as a nervous cover. I don't know. He sure is uncomfortable around Obama, for whatever reason.
