Forget who "won": Was this any kind of game changer for McSame?
My sense is that it was McSame's best performance of the 3 debates, but the best he may get from it is a 1-2 point shift. I don't see this doing much more than stopping the bleeding for him.

1. Someone would have to be stupid to want that man to be president....
Even if he knows how to lie and smear.

4. Not a game changer by any means
I agree it was McCain's best performance so far, but it won't make a difference. He's toast.

6. Yeah, his lame Ayers and ACORN crap are again debunked
and McHoover will have to attempt a new probably lamer line of attack.

The game changed by taking away more from a pretty empty tool box.

Hey ladies.....according to McCain, your health is not important. Yeah, thats gonna go over big with all us Hillary admirers.

Face it, the man looked and acted desperate. If he behaves like this because he is behind in the polls, just imagine how he would handle a REAL crisis. Pretty scary thought.

Obama cleaned up tonight.

9. Except when he rambled off aimlessly
attacking Obama and then ending up talking about a tax cut. Or saying he was going to add a variety of new programs while having a spending freeze. Or talking about veterans at his rallies when Sarah Palin is the one calling Obama a terrorist.

He presented basic Republican economic policy okay. The rest of the time he was either confused or angry.

He was like an NBA team down 30 points trying to shoot threes all game.

Well, if McCain didn't win (and two polls indicate he lost) it can't be a game changer for him.
Afterall he didn't change many minds apparently.

15. McCain got in a few decent swipes
But halfway through he seems to have just whimpered out. There was a lot of whining coming from John McCain throughout.

20. Talking Heads Say It Was McCain's Best, However Most Say He Didn't
do much for helping his campaign. And even though I felt McCain did better, I'm really surprised by the big numbers for OBAMA! I think they were the BEST post-debate numbers he's ever gotten, so McCain clearly is STILL talking to "his" or Palin's base.

Independents didn't seem impressed and that's the CRITICAL difference now! Being so negative and angry probably made him look too unstable. His famous temper was showing, even though I'm sure he believes it comes off and CONVICTION and it doesn't

21. The snap polls show he didn't even win, if it was his best.
I just don't think he's going to get much out of this.

Too me, he simply came across as nasty and childish. I thought he was going to cry when talking about the Lewis comment.

He did not come across well at all.
