And I helped a tiny bit!

San Bernardino County now has 2,800 more registered Democrats than Republicans, according to registration totals released Monday by the county’s registrar of voters.
“I think they should enjoy it while they have it,” said Assemblyman Anthony Adams, R-Hesperia. “Republicans are on fire to take back our county and we recognize that there are many big issues facing the state and the nation. But Republicans stand ready to do what’s right by working families.”
Adams attributes the swing to a faltering voter registration program that set Republicans back.
The swing caps the largest one-week processing of voter registration cards that the county’s done in 10 years, said Patrick Kahler, who operates www.bluecounty.net.
“A year and a half ago when I started this little project I thought it would take five or six years,” Kahler said. “No way did I imagine it would happen before the election in 2008. I’m ecstatic.”
Kahler credit local Democratic clubs who have orchestrated voter registration drives and set up booths at public events.
