31. Well, I just consider it "my" paper because I've lived here most of my life.

I quit taking it after the Dem convention because they didn't even cover it. They never said a word about Obama's speech the next day. The day after Palin's speech they had a big article on it. I was really P.O.'d. The online poll was already way ahead before I posted (with about 242 votes already cast) but this is one way of getting back at them for not placing Obama's acceptance speech anywhere in it the day after AND for placing the local Dem mayor's endorsement of Obama only on the Op-Ed page. They placed a full front page article of our Dem mayor denouncing Obama's "cling to guns & God" statement and his support for Hillary, but they couldn't make an effort to place his endorsement of our actual presidential candidate on the front page.

This is the stuff that happens all the time with the paper. I was sick of it so I stopped taking it after reading it almost my whole life. I even worked for this paper in high school and helped enter the op-ed page into the computer in the 80s. It has become very lopsided in its coverage when it was bought by CNHI (I think that's the name).
