Huge Bush “Real Dirt” Books to Hit Stores!!

===============
These two upcoming books are getting lots of attention. Unlike O’Neill and KKK Corsi, both writers are highly recognized with Hersh a Pulitzer Prize winner.

1. Award winning and best selling author Kitty Kelley points poison pen at Bushes:

A new book on the Bush dynasty is set for release just six weeks before November's knife-edge presidential election. The Family: The Real Story of the Bush Dynasty by Kitty Kelley will have an initial print run of 500,000, and the main source is believed to be Sharon Bush, the ex-wife of Neil, President George W Bush's wayward brother.

Kelley, whose unauthorized biographies of Frank Sinatra, Jackie Onassis and the British Royal Family have told tales of affairs, electric-shock treatment and more affairs, has turned her attention to America's first family.

The book could be the most damaging yet for the President, with the publishers, Random House, promising it will "cause controversy".
-------

Author Kitty Kelley is touting her latest title in enemy territory. A full-page ad for “The Family: The Real Story of the Bush Dynasty” is appearing in today’s Republican National Convention Guide, which is distributed to 20,000 conventioneers, staff and others. Kelley's book, which will be published Sept. 14, contains over 700 pages of Bush dirt and scandals.

------
Talk about moxie! Controversial tell-all biographer Kitty Kelley is now touting her upcoming biography of the Bush family at the Republican National Convention in New York. The Family: The Real Story of the Bush Dynasty is being advertised in the Republican National Convention Guide -- distributed to 20,000 delegates and staff members at the GOP confab! - http://www.suntimes.com/output/zwecker/cst-ftr-zp01.htm...

======================

>>>>This doesn’t make any sense! Why would Kelly’s new Bush Family bash book be advertised at the RNC convention if this book was so bad and going to really damage Bush?

===REPLY===

GOP DIDN’T KNOW THE FULL PAGE AD WOULD BE IN THE RNC BROCHURE - LOL!

The GOP Is Not The Only Ones That Know How to Play Real Dirty!!

Come on people, this is anything goes, no holds barred, last man alive....politics

You think the GOP knew that full page ad was going to be in their RNConvention brochure before they has 20,000 copies of it....righttttt!

Ya know most print shops are Union Democrat run, not that I'm saying anything ;-)

Too late for the GOP to get them reprinted when they showed up at the last minute, and what are they going to do, cry to the media and "market the book" even more before its released...ROFLOL!

That’s why the Bush-Cheney-GOP-Rove machine retaliated today with the bogus Time poll showing Bush had the new magical 11 point lead now, and put out half a dozen totally fraudulent news articles on various subjects against Kerry and supporting Bush through main stream news sources.

Gee as this pace it’s going to be a wild two more months, and the party is just getting started!

1. Why should we think these books will change anyone
Clarke, Dean, Hersh did not particually move anyone.

I don't mean to put it down, but Kerry is going to have to play dirty, and these books are probably not going to do it.

He will have pound on bush's lies and mistakes, and why he is better, and what he will do.

Hardly a word is mentioned about Cheney and Halliburton, or the CIA agent being outed, or the Israelli spy scandal. All of these issues disappear very quickly, and Kerry has to hit them hard!!!

2. books by themselves (without being propped up by the media) don't cut it.
Books caused great upheavels in the 19th century, but that was before electronic media. Besides, stupid Bush supporters don't read.

8. Pay attention to this:
Drip. Drip. Drip. These books, scandals, and people who are willing to talk about the Bush fuckups may seem to make no big splash and no difference, but they do. One by one, they pull this administration down to the gutter where it rose from. It's the cumulative effect of them all that gives the voters the nasty taste in their mouths for this lowlife administration.

3. I Cannot Argue With You, but the DNC works in very strange ways
because they have to. It's been this way for 60 years. They are so outgunned on all fronts, that they have to really work under the surface, and at the grassroots level. So the public does not think they are doing anything and then like a armed nuclear sub they surface and win elections.

This is exactly what they did when John F. Kennedy was elected President in 1960. Nixon and the GOP were positive they had that Prez race totally locked up, and then got blown out of the water at the end.

Same thing with Clinton 1992, the night before the election, James Carville and George Stephanopoulos, who were effectively running Clinton’s campaign at that time, thought they had lost based on the internal polls. They both even started drafting out some thoughts on a concession speech for Clinton very late that night. The next day, Gov. Clinton slammed H.W. Bush 370/168 in electoral votes. What can you say, if the Democrat’s own people on the inside, armed with the best information cannot project any better than this, where does that leave the rest of us.

There is a number of reasons why the democratic base does not poll well which I will not elaborate, but basically it is due the compositional structure of the type of voters and the extremely diverse ethnicity of it’s base. Also for the Democrats to win in Presidential Elections they typically need a large crossover of Republican voters. This happened in 1960, 1992, and will happen in 2004.

11. Yeah, we thought diffusion tactic by GOP, but NO WAY-READ!!!
The Bush-GOP got blindsided by the full page ad for Kelly's book, in the Convention brochure, and it caused a major fuss at the Convention. We know for a fact that Papa H.W. Bush went ballistic!

That is why the GOP-Bush-Texas Mafia machine is striking back so hard with all the new rigged polls, new smear ads, new moveon.org clone GOP 527 to run a new type of Willie Horton and the blacks smear against Kerry, exactly like Papa Bush did in 1988 against Michael Dukakis, blah, blah.

It’s an excellent tactic by the "Democratic friends” :

1..Sucker punch the Bush-GOP Mafia,
2..The public never hears the story,
3..The Bush Mafia goes nuts and does stupid stuff in public that offends Republican voters,
4..The Democratic candidate(s) and the DNC take the positive campaign “high road” in the media
5..Republican voters retaliate and vote for the Democratic candidate. LOL!

It a beautiful move, and I guess the Bush-GOP idiots didn’t learn their lesson in the ’92 Clinton-Papa Bush Prez election. Papa Bush though he was going to win that ’92 election, and even Clinton though he was going to lose the night before the election. Next day Clinton slams Bush 370/168 electoral votes and the rest is history.

What happened, a massive number of Republicans voted against Bush. This “closet Republican” base doesn’t show up in poll numbers. They vote Democrat and many times never tell anyone or admit it to a pollster.

We know for a fact you are going to see this same event happen again in November 2004. There is a huge Republican base that wants no more of Bush-Cheney, including many in their home State of Texas. They will vote very strong for Kerry-Edwards and never show up in the poll numbers.

We think right now that this Republican “disgusted with Bush-Cheney” base is 8 -12 points in the polls for Kerry-Edwards that is underpolling/unreported. That a big number!

I hope it's trashy...Real scum!! That would make a good balance to the crap the "Dixie Cup Captains for Fascism" wrote about John Kerry.

===REPLY===

You see this -

"The Family: The Real Story of the Bush Dynasty”
Home Page: http://www.randomhouse.com/doubleday/thefamily/

First stop for Kitty, after her book release, is Karl Rove’s home city of Austin Texas, for media exposure, a book signing reception, and an interview with the highly acclaimed and Nationally awarded Texas Monthly magazine. After Austin, Kitty will do the same gigs in Houston and Dallas, but her agent will not disclose the dates presently.

Remember six months ago Texas Monthly turned negative on Bush, after ten years of nothing but positive articles and comments. Further, more negative Bush-Cheney articles are appearing in the Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas main stream media over the last two months.

The emerging public opinion is that Bush was a good Texas Governor, but is a horrible President.

Gotta love it, light-em up girl! – J.A.L.

16. About Kitty Kelly's Book - From the Publisher
The Family: The Real Story of the Bush Dynasty
Written by Kitty Kelley
Biography & Autobiography - Political | Doubleday | Hardcover | September 2004 | $29.95 | 0-385-50324-5

About this Book

They have wielded enormous financial power and dominated world politics for more than half a century. They have been appointed to positions of great power and have been elected as governors, congressmen, senators and presidents. They have shaped our past and, with our country at war under the leadership of their number one son, they are, more critically than ever, shaping our future.

As the Bush family has risen to dominance, so too they have been master orchestrators of their own public image, acting and operating under the shield of privacy their money and status have always afforded them. Until now.

Number One bestselling author and investigative biographer Kitty Kelley has closely examined the lives of Jacqueline Onassis, Nancy Reagan, Frank Sinatra, and the British Royal family. Now the First Lady of unauthorized biography reckons with the first family of the United States—and the result is at once a rich and shocking history and a very human portrait of the world’s most powerful dynasty.

An important work on wealth, power, and class in America, The Family is rich in texture, probing in its psychological insight, revealing in its political and financial detail, and stunning in the patterns that emerge and expose the Bush dynasty as it has never before been exposed. Ms. Kelley takes us back to the origins of the family fortune in the Ohio steel industry at the turn of the last century, through the oil deals and international business associations that have maintained and increased their wealth over the past hundred years. The book leads us through Prescott Bush’s first entrée into government at the state level in 1950s’ Connecticut, to George Herbert Walker Bush’s long and winding road to the White House, to his son’s quick sweep into the same office. Along the way, we see the complex relationships the Bushes have had with the giants of the century—Eisenhower, Nixon, Joseph McCarthy, Kissinger, Reagan, Clinton—as well as the often ruthless methods used to realize their goals.

Perhaps most impressive—and surprising—is the way the book delves behind the obsessively protected public image into the family’s intimate private lives: the matriarchs, the mistresses, the marriages, the divorces, the jealousies, the hypocrisies, the golden children, and the black sheep.

At a crucial point in American history, Kitty Kelley is the one person to finally tell all about the family that has, perhaps more than any other, defined our role in the modern world. This is the book the Bushes don’t want you to read. This is The Family.

About the Author

Kitty Kelley is the internationally acclaimed bestselling author of Jackie Oh!; Elizabeth Taylor: The Last Star; His Way: The Unauthorized Biography of Frank Sinatra; Nancy Reagan: The Unauthorized Biography; and The Royals. The last three titles were all #1 on the New York Times bestseller list. Stern Award, and the Medal of Merit from the Lotos Club of New York City. Her articles have appeared in the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, People, Ladies Home Journal, McCall’s, the Los Angeles Times, and the Chicago Tribune. 17. How exactly are the polls rigged?
I can see media deciding which polls to emphasize and which to ignore in order to push some candidate. But how exactly would the GOP rig a poll? How can this be done and not be detected?
