Please help find old thread!

I'm looking for an old thread about John McCain and how he seems to fold under pressure.

It compared how McCain squealed while a POW with how he caved-in after he became the GOP nominee.

I thought I had it book marked, but I guess i don't, any help is appreciated.

2. I've tried the DU search feature. I can never find anything.

Even a post I know the title for!

It never works!

4. I use Google to find old DU threads. Maybe in the software update the mods will

institute the "TAG" feature found on many sites. For example, to find dKos threads with a "POW" theme, you'd use http://www.dailykos.com/tag/POW .

Thank you, but that's not the one I was looking for.

It was an opinion piece where the author showed the similarities between how McCain bonded with his torturers when he was held captive in the Hanoi Hilton and how he has now bonded with his GOP captors running his campaign.

It was kinda sad actually.

Although, I think it was similar to Rude Pundit's post about http://rudepundit.blogspot.com/search?q=Grappling+with+McCain">lessons of McCain's captivity, but it was longer and fleshed out more.

It was a little longer than that, but the one you posted is very good and covers the same info.
