Eliminate Capital Gains Tax for Businesses.

Job and Growth fund - Infurstructure building for state and locals.


2. Taxes
Tax cuts mailed A.S.A.P

Extend and expend unemployment benefits.

End taxation on unemployment benefits.

Allow 15% withdrawl of IRA or 401k without penalty.


3. Homeowners
Provide relief for homeowners re: devaluing of home value.

Mortgage tax credit.

Allow homeowner to renegotiate with judges.

Prevent tax hikes to state and local levels.

Three month mortorium on foreclosure.


4. Small business
Loan fund for small business.

Expand small business loan system.
