Who is really running for President?
As I watched him have those moments of epiphany last night realizing perhaps that he has stirred up KKK style fanaticism and will be held personally responsible for any outcome, I had to wonder how it had come to this. McCain of 2000 would not have ended up here. As several talking heads last night said, "John of 2000, it was good to see you back." McCain of 2000 would not have chosen Sarah Palin. Look closely, everyone, this campaign is being run by the Republican operatives, the ones who want to keep their Washington jobs. It is these operatives that are running for president and they enlisted John McCain as THEIR SURROGATE. They are orchestrating everything. When I think about how the investigators in Alaska can't get to Palin's e-mail because the McCain people are standing guard, I know that McCain is not in office and doesn't have the power to do that, but someone else does: The Republican/Cheney/Rove attack squad. "W" was in fact THEIR surrogate 8 years ago. As you find yourself thinking, "I can't believe this or that is happening", remember that behind the scenes is a ruthless dictatorship run by Cheney/Bush and all the cronies who want to keep their power. Now the picture will start to come into focus.
