And neither have we. Overconfidence can keep people away from the polls. We cannot declare the race over. We need everyone to vote.

1. Contrast that with the "inevitability" strategy of Hillary's primary campaign.
Interesting contrast.

2. I could not possibly agree more!! We haven't won until 11/5/08.
And not one of us should stop working until then either!

6. I don't rest until January 20, 2009...
...and then some.

Bush will be president until then....lots of bad things can still come from him.

:patriot:

3. I just think we're getting really excited -- not complacent. We all remember
the horror of the last two elections. But always a good reminder.

Absolutely! Yes, it looks good for us right now, but so many things
can change that! The youth everyone's depending on decide they're just too busy. All those new registered voters who never bothered to vote before decide it's really no big deal this time either! The voter purge lists! And of course the electronic voting machines!

NONE OF US can relent! We must keep pushing everyone all the way to 7PM November 4th!

7. The attacks are coming.
The RNC has been saving up its money for the last two weeks of the campaign. They will be emptying their clips.

12. Yup.
It's okay to have hope and optimism, but it's not okay to say this is over, we won, etc. Lets wait until Nov. 5 to get cocky.

I still remember '04...
