Can you link to another thread, please? I've been more focused on the Canadian election this coming Tuesday, so I don't know what McThuselah said. And I don't think a search under "McCain" in the search engine is likely to get me any closer.

7. Mccain telling his supporters that Obama is not a bad guy!

8. I saw a clip of the McCain "town hall" on the local news

where he replied to what looked to me like set up questions. He was able to look like he was calming his supporters down and calling about Obama being a decent man. He even looked a little better physically today and it appeared that the meds had been adjusted so he did know what planet he was on.

The fun part - and I hope a lot of people caught this - was after his oh-so-reasonable clip was aird, a couple of his campaign commercials ran. One discussing Obamas "ties" Ayers ("the terroist") another about how free spending anti-regulation liberals like Obama caused the current financial problems. Both ads ended with "I'm John McCain, blah blah" so it wasn't 527s putting these out.
