Palin can be recalled from office in ALASKA , per the Alaska Constitution

§ 8. Recall

All elected public officials in the State, except judicial officers, are subject to recall by the voters of the State or political subdivision from which elected. Procedures and grounds for recall shall be prescribed by the legislature.

3. Don't be so sure about that - it got this far
People were already turning on her for what she's done to the state since she joined the McCain camp. Her negatives are at the highest they've been and they will only go lower on this report and what she does subsequently.

I don't think its out of the question, especially now that the floodgates of dirt have been opened.

They will most likely not consider her to be a Republican but a member of that wacko secessionist party.
