Question on the Palin probe. Will she be Indicted?
I read that Alaska Supreme Court won't halt Palin probe.

When they release the report will it ask for a Indictment? or is this going to be drawn out long process?

1. Probly not an indictment at this point.
I suppose impeachment from her goobernator job is a possibility.

2. They will probably let her off and say she did nothing wrong!
Look what's going on with Stevens - they are doing everything they can to get him off the hook!

4. It won't even be clear until they meet today if the report will be released today or not.
The board makeup is 7 repubs and 1 democrat... as you can probably guess the McCain camaign is strongly "encouraging" the repubs to vote against releasing it.

5. Absolutely no - at least not by this investigation
This is a legislative investigation. There is no power to indict.

I imagine a report will be issued and if it is damning it may be accompanied by a recommendation to start impeachment hearings. More likely, however, there will just be a report and the legislature will decide on its own what to do with it - turn it over to prosecutors, hold impeachment hearings or do nothing.
