3. I wouldn't -- I'd leave off the "sir."
How about: "Have you no sense of decency, you scumbag?"

Also, it needs to be said to Palin, so "sir" clearly doesn't apply.

7. the hate talk express is going to having lasting implications imo and i'm not kidding when
i say i'm worried about democrats that may encounter these assholes after a rally when they're all good and hopped up on some fresh hate.
