Ignorance at its worst!

Today, my wife and I had a baby shower thrown for us to celebrate the -- soon to be -- birth of my son, scheduled on October 29th.

While we were cleaning up, some of my wife co-workers started discussing the staff meeting that was held on Friday, at a school for kids with behavior issues. They started talking about how at this staff meeting, one of the teachers said she did not think faculty, staff, and students should be allowed to wear Obama paraphernalia to school. She felt that the students should be forced to turn their shirts inside out, and the staff should refrain from wearing anything Obama altogether. She made it absolutely clear that she was voting for John McCain.

Her reason for saying this is, Barack Obama is a "Muslim"!

However, toward the end of last school year and all during summer school, she was seen, pretty much on a daily basis, wearing something with Hillary Clinton on it.

Now, please help me understand this logic? How can someone support Hillary Clinton by wearing her buttons and shirts, and no one has a problem with it. But, all of a sudden that same person has a problem with people wearing paraphernalia of Obama?

It's my personal opinion that school teachers should keep their political endorsements to a minimum, if even that. It's not the height of professionalism, IMO.
