Gregory batting hard for Palin today
Mentioned that many politicians would not know other SC cases other than Roe v. Wade.

Now, he has a full segment attacking Biden and his gaffe history (but failing to show or mention any gaffes from any of his debates).

5. What bullshit!! Anyone with a high school diploma should be able to name
Plessy vs. Ferguson, the Dred Scott Decision, and Brown vs. Topeka. At the very least.

12. And I would think

Students of "ACTIVIST" Supreme Courts would also be familiar with

-SANTA CLARA COUNTY v. SOUTHERN PAC. R. CO.,

This is the case in 1886 that basically gave corporations personhood. Yes, those do-gooder Liberals at it again, re-doing the constitution. No, wait.

6. I turned it on for a second.
and Eugene was saying in a very "delicate" way that people in debates normally could depend on their likability factor more, but this election is really important. I turned it off, but did Pat or Michelle Bernard have anything to say about the Supreme Court question?

11. Saw that he was a complete asshole in that interview with Stephanie Cutter. However, I thought,
she held up really great and he got nothing on her. That was really bad on his part.

14. I don't see how someone could argue that a person
potentially responsible for appointing judges shouldn't have even the most basic background on the court. How in the world is she supposed to know who to nominate if they are just kats in black robes to her?

If you can't pass 8th grade civics without cramming then you shouldn't hold any office.

18. Ha! Everyone should at least be familiar with the Dred Scott decision!!!
But, how bright is this woman, who, just a few months ago, is on television commenting on her disappointment in the Supreme Court decision in the Exxon Valdez case? This clearly should have been one of her answers!!! If she can't remember something that made such a deep impact on Alaska, what does that say for her intelligence???

20. Man he treated the McCain spokesperson entirely different, her name was Nicole or
something. That was the most biased act I have seen in some time.
