8. The From "Address"? Really?

Okay, first of all, the "From" address has diddly-squat to do with what address a message was actually written from, relayed through, etc. Mail doesn't work that way (proposals have been made to do some of this task, such as SPF, but have not been completely adopted).

Secondly, Registrants don't have to live, or be connected, in any way, to the users of a given domain.

Thirdly, as others have said, this looks like phishing.
