Question about "bundling"

Maybe someone who is more well-versed than I in the intricasies of campaign finance can answer this question.

When you send in a donation to DU for Obama, is that contribution counted against the maximum amount that an individual can contribute to a candidate in the general election?

1. Yes. You can only give $2,300 to Obmam-Biden for the general election...

...regardless of what page you use to send the donation.

You use your credit card or Paypal for it, with your name, so it's your contribution. The Republicans would call it special interest loony liberal blogger money holding Obama hostage, though.

"Bundling" really means what you do is get donations together from other people. The donation still comes from them, but if you, for example, had a big fancy house party for Obama and collected the $1000 checks, that would be bundling. So DU is bundling, but the contributions are still coming from individuals.
