Mr My Friends is on CNN right now..singing a different tune on the economy
Edited on Mon Sep-15-08 11:45 AM by peacetrain
crying about how Obama did not do Town Halls, and how it is his fault because he does not do townhalls with him.. "The next time you run into one of your democratic friend (ugh), ask them to encourage Obama"

He said Democratic Friends UGH! My hand to God..

And he is now saying the markets are in turmoil, and we are in economic crisis. Did he get an update from this morning???

EDIT.. "some on wall street have treated the economy like a casino" ??? "enough is enough"
My hand to God that is what he is saying

EDIT AGAIN.."The earmarks, I will not support them and you will know their names.."
Is he going to turn over his running mate??

The out right lies of this campaign are unbelievable

1. Who can tell me what the hell town hall meetings have to do
with McCain's nastiness? He keeps bringing this up over and over as if to say if you had only done the town hall meetings, we would be buddies or some such crap. I don't understand what that has to do with anything other than Johnny didn't get his way.

3. He also just redefined "fundamentals" (the strong ones)
The fundamentals are the American workers, and the small business owners...

20. Small business owner here in the Midwest
and my employees and my business are anything but fundamentally strong. We are a fragile house of cards at the moment even though we've been in business for more than 15 years. My sister put up her small business for sale (a small family restaurant) that had been going strong for more than 30 years - now they are desperate to sell to avoid bankruptcy.

I know several other small business owners very, very well. Well enough to discuss financials and none of us are doing well at all let alone "strongly".

McCain is full of shit. Workers and small businesses are getting thrashed right now.

9. yep, tweaked his remarks from this morning
“This economic crisis is not the fault of the American people. Our workers are the most innovative, the hardest working, the best skilled, most productive, most competitive in the world.”

“My opponents may disagree, but those fundamentals of America are strong.”

25. I'm a small business owner, and my fundamental is getting chewed off
By what these lying, thieving rat bastards have done to the economy.

Try to expand your line of credit, or get a loan right now, as a small business owner. Commercial credit has either dried up, or gotten prohibitively expensive for a little guy like me.

McCain could give two shits less about small business owners. He sides with the multi-nationals every time.

18. He wanted the crowd to call their
Democratic friend to encourage Obama to do town halls with him.. Basically saying there would not have been all of the negativity and lies from his campaign if Obama had done town halls with him.

What planet are these people from??
