1. McCain's campaign is starting to make Bush's look mild by comparison.
McCain is slime covered in BS.

4. If you think they'll pull it, you're not familiar enough with
the tactics employed by the McCain campaign.

3. It's too late. McLame lost the news cycle because he is now tarred as a whiner.
The morning fluff shows are showing clips of McLame making the same statement about Hillary (and her Healthcare plan).

6. New weapon: Mockery
We can now mock the McCain campaign as whiners. Say that they have nothing but insults, whines and lies to distract the country from the Republicans' horrible management over the past eight years.

10. If mcsame associates the word "pig" with his running mate
he has a serious problem.
Obama clearly used a common phrase to paint mcsames campaign and the freaky people equated the pig word with palin.
If I were a woman I would be outraged!

12. McCain's rapid response team is getting better.
Rather than waste time addressing this, I'd like to see the campaign, not Obama himself, quickly address this in the form of something like:

""Lipstick on a pig" is is an age-old phrase that illustrates the fact that dressing up failed ideas in new rhetoric and calling them "change" is a deception...as is suggesting that using this phrase constitutes a personal attack on Gov. Palin.

Senator Obama stands by his characterization. Policies that hurt the American people are policies that hurt the American people, no matter how much lipstick you put on them."

14. I think they already addressed it in that manner
and the network M$M has done the same last night and this morning... Their tactic failed. Point Obama.

16. It is an internet only ad right now.
MSNBC Morning Joe just did McCain a favor by showing it in its' entirety along with his ad about Obama and education.

Edited on Wed Sep-10-08 07:14 AM by MrWiggles
Are her words also being taken out of context? This is crazy made up! The media must do their job in holding McCain accountable. This is a new low.

19. My comment didn't show up
I stated how McCain used the same phrase about Hillary with the Youtube link.

I also stated how Sarah referred to herself as a Pitbull, and that she likes to refer to herself as a DOG. Ruff RUFF

But for some reason it didn't show up:shrug:
