Dumbass did nothing for at least 35 minutes. Could he have called a strike on at least one of those planes and saved more lives in that process?

4. What he could have done was call a National Emergency

and probably half of the people in the 2nd tower and ALL of the people in the pentagon would have escaped danger. By not calling an emergency the people in the 2nd tower were told to go back to their offices and Lord knows why the Pentagon wasn't aware what was going on. The whole debacle was a total failure by the idiot in charge.

K. Kerry should get his act together and go on the offensive regarding Dumbass' failure to act on the day of 911 Attack. Kerry did mention the 7 minutes but he should go into simple detail about how Dumbass failed to save LIVES.
