Rudy giggled after he said, "this is not a personal attack".
Rudy said something about Obama, that he never had to make an executive decision. I think that's what he said. I haven't found a replay yet.

Anyway, the crowd got excited when he said the words "nada" and "never".

Right before that, though, he said it was "not a personal attack" that it's just a statement of fact.

I write this because, after he said it, and the crowd erupted, and then they died down, he giggled a bit.

I don't know about you, but I don't giggle when I state facts. Facts don't affect me like that.

I'm just not sure about that giggle though.

I have an idea for a youtube video or a rington of a loop of that giggle. It makes me think about the prisoners in Guantanomo Bay and how it would probably not be a good idea to play that looped giggle for them all night long.

What does anyone else think?

I don't know how to make that video? Do you know anybody that does?

I hope it gets used with discretion.
