Sarah Palin - Queen of Fail.

First and foremost, Ms. Palin represents the actual voter the Republican party is needing.

The snake handling, alcohol driven, gas guzzling rural values voter. Somehow, Karl Rove believes that they can play to the fundi base of a constituency that reads like the sadder country western lyrics of Nashville.

But in making this choice, McSame takes a baseball bat to what is left of Goldwater conservatism.
And the anti-government crowd proves yet again that they are primarily anti-government because they are temperamentally incapable of governing. Whatever sort of free-market based or faith based vetting the McSame committee did with Gov Palin will be used to deal with other, larger questions such as Iran, Iraq, energy prices, and the economy.

Sarah Palin shows what Obama said about judgment is true. And John McSame fails this test with a real beauty (queen) of a choice. I just hope John can get a life-sized cut out of Sarah's backside, as he seems a bit involved with it when they are on the same stage.

This gaffe will end three careers-

Sarah Palin
John McSame
Karl Rove.

We just need to keep this Tom Eagleton moment on Page one for a week or so, for the smell to permeate the American voter's psyche.
