4. I agree Obama's experience swamps Palin's. But to pundits even inclined to favor the Republicans...
... they are now having a debate about BOTH sides' experience instead of just one, which I think is a net gain for Obama. I can understand now, though, how the "experience" question is a wash to some, and I think that benefits Obama, too.

But I think the point about the voter having picked Obama pushes it even more Obama's way. McCain and Obama BOTH had a need to pick someone with experience for different reasons. Obama because his resume IS relatively light by historical standards. McCain because of his age and cancer history. (and both because we are at war)

McCain failed this test.

I would almost phrase it as "Obama's experience is moot because the voters chose him". But I guess that doesn't quite work because the swing voters we are trying to win haven't chosen him yet. The point about voters choosing him at least speaks to the validity of WHY Palin or Obama are on their respective tickets.

2. That makes me wonder
The GOP is making Palin out to be the greatest thing that ever come along, Why isn't she on top of the ticket?

If she is so great, why are the running the crazy old man when they could be running the find of the century?
