Does WV have black box voting?

I think that they are rigging WV so that Bush can count on a win in that State.

What I can't understand is that WV is one of the poorest states in the union but it's still a Bush state what's up with that?

You don't have a job, food or a roof over your head but Bush is your boy. What's wrong with the fools? Is it BBV or is it that they are fools?

I am not knocking WV I need to know what's wrong with them.
