Yesterday after I got home from work I was feeling quite pissed about people who have the gall to criticize Kerry's service while supporting a man who did all he could to make sure he wouldn't have to. I then went online and donated ten bucks to the DNC. Those smear vets can suck it.

I've been fairly active on the Kerry website and apparently, a lot of the Dem offices are too disorganized to properly utilize the hundreds and thousands of people who actually want to volunteer toward putting Bush out of office. It's downright scary!

And so the grass-roots folks (PAC's? 527's?) are going to attempt to step in and bridge the gap. www.actforvictory.org is pretty active here in North Carolina, especially in the Raleigh area, which is considered a pivotal county. While our Dem HQ here in Guilford County is doing well, other counties are too disorganized or too weak (not enough Dems, not enough Dem leaders to know how to FIND Dem volunteers) to make a difference.

www.moveonpac.org (not moveon.org) is also doing similar work in the swing states. They also need financial support.
