Hardball with PETE MCCLOSKEY
Hardball is on with Pete McCloskey, former republican congressman.
He is also a vietnam vet. He is defending Kerry and blasting bush.

2. Unlike Bob Dole, he has remained true to his principles....
He testified before Congress the same day as Kerry, he said. A Republican supporting John Kerry. He understands that people like John Kerry may have saved thousands of lives by helping to end such a tragic war. The Swift Boat vets and others should be thanking him instead of vilifying him. 3. I was very impressed with him. First time I had ever seen him.
He ought to be recruited into the Dem party and asked to run against some right wing nut job for some seat.

5. I remember him from the post-Viet Nam days..
He hasn't changed at all. He is still true to himself.

4. He was just great...
...and I must say I finally felt respect for a Republican again. He was honest and modest and brave, too.
