What CNN doesn't get...
Most Americans aren't watching this on CNN, MSNBC or FOX News, so all the fluff between Kennedy's speech and Michelle's wasn't seen. When the networks turned it on, the voters saw Kennedy's speech in its entirety (though not live, all the networks replayed it) and then they saw Michelle's speech. That is what 70% of the American people saw when they tuned in. Only the political junkies are watching this on cable and those people probably aren't the ones the Obama campaign was going after anyway.

3. I Was Watching CSPAN - Split Screen With MSNBC.....
what struck me is that a lot of good speeches and points were made by the speakers tonight - like Clare McKaskill - and cable news didn't cover them. They just kept on talking to talk and to stir the pot. They like listening to themselves spew vile rumors and innuendos - and unfortunately - good speakers with good points won't be heard by the American people.

4. That is what's most annoying
If people don't demand better, they won't get better. But they'd rather bitch and do nothing I guess.
