He could not enter his own home (or leave it) without the eye of the reporter's camera upon him. He learned to walk to the fence in his back yard, hop over it, enter into the back of Fred Fielding's house, and emerge from the front of that house. He re-entered his own home by reversing that procedure in the evening. No one found out how Dean managed to escape the watchful eye of the reporter hounds until the movie emerged several years later.

This happened during the days of the Watergate hearings and Dean's appearances to testify therein. Biden knows all this. And so the question arises: is there a fence in Biden's back yard and who lives in the house beyond that.
