1. HW being amazed at the scanner is pretty unfuckingbelievable and McCain having so many houses that
he loses track of the number of them in a time where people are losing theirs has the same aura of surrealism to it.

was a gaffe and not just a man who was a helluva competent windsurfer? A lawmaker who had been featured on the cover of windsurfing magazine in 1997. Yet you never called that a gaffe, nor did any media critic back then, right?
