First time I ever had a yard sign in my LIFE: It's for Obama...

...well I got my car magnet and yard sign today and put them out. This is the first time in my LIFE I've ever had either. (i don't like bumperstickers, but car magnets are OK - 'cause they come off!)

My neighbors across the street and kitty-corner from me have an Obama sign too, so this is the "Obama corner". There are also Obama signs in many other neighborhoods as well. JUST IN CASE some jerk decides to deface or steal mine, I got another one (ordered two) - same with the magnet.

Anyway, it's a bit silly I suppose but I was excited and proud to put out my first-ever-in-my-48-years-of-life yard sign for Barack Obama!

I bought a bumper sticker and put it on a magnetic backing (thus a magnet) and I have gotten more good looks than bad ones

magnetic stuff - because then I could put a few "stickers" on my car without them being permenant.

13. We'll see how long it stays up - though the neighbors - several of them...

..have had Obama signs out for months. So hopefully no one will mess with it.

14. We drove 30 miles in the Seattle area

LOTS of OBAMA signs, bumper stickers and car magnets. Not ONE for McCain. Quite a difference from when we used to see bu$h on the occasional yayhoo around here.

I have handed out 8 magnets so far and I am going back for more!

15. I have yet to see ONE McCain sign or sticker here at all...

...I'm sure I will eventually but I've seen a LOT of Obama signs.
