In the words of the Geto Boys, it's time for Kerry to LET HIS NUTS HANG
Micah Marshall says it best in his blog today. Kerry needs to take the pacifier out of his mouth and slam Bush at every turn on Iraq, the deficit, AWOL, jobs, health care, lower wages, Iraq, AWOL, deficit, etc. He (and the Dems)needs to stop whining about these goddam SBV ads and discuss everything failed about Bush and his policies. GW is on his way to winning this election in August. GW's August is besting Kerry's July in a big way.

2. with all due respect, that's pretty dumb

4. I agree -
Every time I hear Kerry it's the same gentlemanly indignation, and not real anger.

Kerry needs to do both - realizing two things:

1. some of your audience are the undecided braindead who probably won't vote anyway. Go ahead, pander to them. A little.

2. some of your audience are perma-pissed-off Dems with advanced rabies like me and the more you show you have real political cojones and can lead the more money and civic effort I will put behind you. I don't want a nice guy in office - you have a lot of crap to undo, and because if you play nice now, the rabid republicans are going to eat you alive. And every time we collectively take a shiner because we allow Republicans to define our issues for us, the last thing I want to realize is that it happened because we have someone who isn't aggressive enough to effectively define their issues for them.
