Do we know what time Obama will be speaking?

5. I live in Minnesota, the local news said they thought it would probably be around 10pm CDT.

Earlier today they were saying around 9pm CDT, but apparently they're now thinking that he'll be timing it to the 10:00 news (11:00 Eastern time).

All I know is that people started lining up to get into the Excel Center in St. Paul before 4:00 this afternoon. My sister is there, I hope to hear all about it from her tomorrow.
