watching the men rumble over which male gets the prez is very interesting

yesterday McC. kicked 2 of his religious nuts in their nuts. wonder how much money the 2 have given to McC.? just how pissed are they at being sucker punched in the nuts? or where they warned in advance and given parting gifts?

and dem men are in a tangled frenzy trying to keep Obama out front.

wonder what this long weekend will bring us in the way of rumble watching.

(meanwhile, Hillary keeps on keeping on)

4. This has been an interesting race hasn't it. I had never thought
that after living through the pull yourself up by your own boot straps "Reagan" that one of our own candidates would say that they admire that man. I quess he was too young to remember Iran Contra. That ugly mess has morphed into this current group of messes.

6. Produce the exact quote where Obama said he "admired" Reagan.
Edited on Fri May-23-08 10:29 AM by Connie_Corleone
If you can't produce the quote, then you're full of crap.

If you had bothered to read Obama's book, he details what a disaster the Reagan years were to the country.

But apparently that's OK. Yet at the same time Obama can't mention Reagan. The hypocrisy of some Clinton supporters is just stunning.

7. You don't take things very seriously , do you
The very future of our country is at stake. The ideological divide between Republicans and Democrats is vast. People are dying in a misguided war, and people at home are suffering economically.

And yet you have some "men" issues ... as if Democrats and Republicans can now all be reduced to the same thing because of gender.

Makes me ashamed to be a woman and a feminist when I read stuff like this.

Substitute "people" for "men" and "person" for "man" in your post and try to assess HOW it changes. Change "nuts" to "ass" and try to see why it changes

71. Somewhere, in the gated communities of Greenwich CT
a young white boy finishes his polo lesson and walks up to his mother in the drawing room:

BOY: "Mother, will I ever get to be President of the United States?"
MOTHER: "Edward, my dear....you can do anything you want as long as you put your mind to it, work hard and finish your boarding school"
BOY: "But, but.....the kids at school say I can't be President...because of the way I look"
MOTHER: "Nonsense, Edward....pay them no mind. This is what makes our country great - even you, the 11th great-grandson of Gov. William Bradford from the Mayflower, can grow up to be President"

who are the men you are talking about who are trying to win it for Obama, the men who outnumber the many WOMEN trying to win it for Obama?--in my state many prominent women politicians endorsed him, just as many as men. if you don't understand that your OP implied that only men are concerned with the actual presidential race, then you need to amend it to say Obama supporters. Please don't try to play coy.

The joke is that you are stating that Hillary is irrelevant and yet continues on a worthless quest while those who have a clue are moving on to the presidential contest. That may be inferred by your premise that she is going off into her own little world in which the primary is never over.

Compared to yours, all minds are strange. You have a weird point of view - very immature, very undeveloped. I'm sure you've spent your lifetime blaming men for your chronic failures.

79. I am opposed to Ms. Clinton, not because she is a female, but
despite the fact that she is a female. My personal opinion is that women may have more good natural instincts for serving as President than men. If there ever was a Country that needs some nurturing, it's the U.S.
