KY (WV, PA) is voting for the candidate "...who will keep them safe." i.e. Strong on Defense = IWR = Bomb Iran.

It is exactly as I've been saying for a few weeks, these people are not interested in my demographic. They keep telling me that I, and others like me, am not their constituency.

9. A Present Vote is neither No nor Yes; it's used to express technical reservations about a bill
which, if the bill fails, may be addressed again in committee. If the bill succeeds, you and your technical issues are out of luck, so depending upon how close a given bill is to either failing or succeeding for you personally, the Present Vote represents a particularly sophisticated negotiation skill that MUST be based on a very clear perception of where all of the other votes are in the voting body.

If you really want to discuss the use of the Present Vote, you need to give us the texts of the bills that Obama voted Present on, so we can discuss which technicalities were close to his policy statements and which technicalities were further away from his policy statements. We also need the whole voting record of the Illinois Senate on each bill and all of the amendments, so we can compare what Obama did to what everyone else did.

P.S. I realize that a neutral attitude being neither No nor Yes is something a little too hard for some people to understand, but just give it a try. I bet you can do it.

13. Find it if you can. He was on with Chris & Keith and I'd SWEAR he was talking directly to neo-cons.

And it DOES explain why she's never directly address voter concerns about the IWR. She CAN'T because she'd lose the neo-cons and their slaves.
