The media knows that ALL the polls show Hillary winning by at least 30 pts in W. VA but they
keep downplaying it saying she will win by about 20 pts. That way tonight they can say OMG...she beat him by 30 pts! What does that mean for Barack Obama's candidacy? Will the Super Delegates still stick by him? Will he still win the popular vote? As if the MI and FL delegates wil l be seated as voted and as if the Super Delegates will overturn Barack's nomination because Puerto Ricans (who can't vote in GE) choose Hillary. They are so pathetic.

1. It is a kindof troubling sign if the so-called "presumptive nominee"
is still getting beaten this late in the game.

8. The political reality is that Obama will win the nation for the reasons that he's losing WV.
If he won WV then the swing states would not be in play. Comprehendo?

7. Pick a side
He's either getting the white southern vote like they claim, or the racist bastards down south hate him.

Talk about spin. :eyes:

15. Not even close
I graduated HS and College in the deep south, and I am white. Don't even go there with me without southern cred established.

6. no more than it would be troubling if Hillary were the presumptive
nominee and got beat the way she did in a much larger venue in NC.

i don't find it troubling at all. She has and IS STILL FIGHTING for supporters.

It sounds like you wish that she would drop out at this late stage in the game to unite the party instead of doing all she can to divide it.

I agree.

11. The vote will be what the vote will be...
we all know it's not going to change anything. The cable talk shows will keep doing what they've always done...appealing to the ugliest traits of human nature. Divide and Conquer. The American Way. Pretty soon we'll be just like Iraq.

13. My read of West Virginia is they are not racist.
Its just a small state that tends to vote for the familiar as a block.

the Clintons tucked them in bed, told em' go to sleep. Clinton by 36

trying everything to pick the Veep, thats all. If Hillary was expected to win by 60 pts. they would say a 10 pt. spread that way they can call it a stunning and staggering defeat for Obama and sop up the ratings for weeks with non-stop blathering about how Obama needs Hillary for any chance of victory in the fall. Just like no other Veep candidate could do it?

They think we are that gullible?... sometimes I think they really do.
