Congratulations Hillary supporters on tonight's victory
After weeks of tough campaigning Hillary won Pennsylvania tonight and this should be your moment. I am happy for you guys and I hope after tonight's win we can finally come around and support one candidate?

This race will not go to the convention. In fact this race will be over after North Carolina and Indiana vote. I wish Hillary would step aside before then and go out on a high note. Obviously that is a choice for her to make.

I am not going to bring up the delegate math here or tell you how impossible it is for Hillary to win the nomination. I am sure deep down ya all know this. Give Hillary props for being a fighter and never quitting.

but at least he has a resume and earned his right to run for the presidency.

What a scoundrel. I can't believe he didn't hear that it was Hillary's turn.

And go against the popular votes and pledged delegates. You know what the means? President McCain.

If she wins the popular vote, she will become the nominee.

If she doesn't, she won't.

End of story.

28. Here's My Question, PA, IN and NC
PA was, of course, heavily favored for Hillary Clinton and NC is heavily favored for Barrack Obama. Indiana is slightly favored for Hillary by about 8 points or so. My question is that by next week, will Hillary have picked up a net increase in delegates? This will be the interesting question, because she still has to make a dent into Obama's lead. My take is that the nomination should go to whoever wins the most delegates through the popular vote. I am not a fan of the superdelegates taking it out of the hands of the voters, so if Hillary can win more delegates, then the more power to her. If not, then it should go to Obama.

So, with this in mind, it will be interesting at the end of this three state swing whether she makes a net increase in delegates. If not, then she is running in place. I also would like to see what is Hillary's Southern strategy, because I do think it is mistake for Democrats to write off the South, so I would like to see her make a strong pitch in North Carolina, rather than write it off as being too black.

Barrack represents idealism to me whereas Hillary speaks to my realism. We have gone through two elections getting trounced by the GOP with their negative ads, and part of me does want to see Hillary just tear into McCain the way Rove tore into Gore and Kerry. However, part of me would also like to see a President that truly inspires, which Obama does, and Hillary tends to get the most air time for her various attacks on Obama, which are effective. So, maybe I will decide that Hillary is more electable, because she has succeeded in tearing down Obama based on Ayers and bitter-gate. However, I can't say that really inspires me. Rather, it just resigns me to the notion that elections really are about wedge issues, and swift boat attacks, which makes me worry about the future in the long run.

Finally, I do worry about the end game for both Hillary and Obama. Regardless of who is the nominee, there is ABC News and Fox News. Remember "Stolen Honor," the anti-Kerry documentary that was run by Sinclair broadcasting in key battleground states? The wildcard is when the mainstream media veers right in the final moments of the general election, how will either Obama or Clinton respond? Clinton has the ruthlessness to attack, but lacks charisma. Obama has charisma, but I don't see him having HIllary's same ruthlessness to respond in kind to such an attack.

So, its idealism versus realism for me. I am sure both Obama supporters and Clinton supporters will say that their candidate has both, but I don't see it.

43. that's the problem
It seems in places Obama wins by 20% that's just a state he's supposed to do well in because of the demographics.

In states that Hillary wins it's a huge victory for Hillary, and Obama is tanking.

Doesn't really make sense in the real world, but I guess you gotta let them have their say.
