Just one question, Senator Clinton.

Beginning in his administration in 1993, President Bill Clinton chose to close the active investigations of criminal activity by members and associates of the George HW Bush administration, in the face of President Bush's mass Christmas Eve 1992 pardons of key figures involved in the Iran-Contra affair.

Now, we are dealing with massive constitutional and international war crimes committed by members of the George W. Bush administration, some of whom have reappeared from the GHWB administration.


Now, as a nation, and fifteen years later, we are suffering the consequences of this action taken by President Clinton, early in his administration in 1993.


Will your administration commence investigations and prosecutions, wherever they may lead, of individuals who have committed crimes against our country and other nations, and who have violated international treaties and the Geneva Conventions, while occupying positions of power in our government, regardless of time passed, positions in public life left behind or retirement taken?
