Like Johnnie Cochran, she has effectively carried herself this far only by sewing doubt about her opponent into the minds of the "jury" (or we the voters) rather than specifically highlighting what makes her electable. People might not easily make the distinction, but like the OJ defense, it wasn't about proving that OJ was innocent of murdering his wife and her friend. It was about making the jury believe that the cops were bumbling racists. It was about distracting them from the obvious, about making them look beyond the blood and DNA evidence, the shoddy alibi, etc. To Hillary, it's no longer about her being the most qualified leader. It's about painting Obama as the least qualified or just downright wrong for the job. The shitty thing about it is the strategy worked for OJ, and even though Hillary isn't winning this fight, the approach has done enough to keep her in this race long after her actual viability has faded away. It's sad how far unfairly manipulating people's perceptions can get you in life.
I hope this makes sense. I was just woolgathering and noticed the similarities in what lows some jerkoffs will resort to just to win and how in a lot of cases, it works.
