Clinton knows perfectly well that she's no more ready than Obama.
Her recent tactics and affirmation of McCain are all about making the American people afraid. She is playing a manipulative game. It will come back to bite her, one way or another.

Obama needs to counter that fear by illuminating the realities of the world situation, and dispelling the propaganda.

Fear itself is the enemy, and those who are fearmongers are serving the wrong master. When you sell your soul to the devil in order to gain power, you wll end up losing big, one way or another.

Have you noticed a new surge of fearmongering in the media?

1. She painted herself into a corner with her CiC remarks--because

there's no way she can paint herself as better in that regard than McCain if she's the nominee. She can't even claim to have exercised better judgment than McCain on Iraq, because she was for it before she was against it. Also, McCain will dredge up all of Bill Clinton's military fiascoes from his Presidency--like Somalia, the bombing of Sudan, etc. Hillary is too stupid to be the nominee.

5. that's pretty much where i'm at at this point.
let the un-principled BITCH have her way this time around...if she loses, we'll be done with her for good...if she wins, her starry-eyed supporters will get a rude awakening as to what the dlc is really all about, and she can slither off into obscurity after 2012.

but then, i'm a white male who OWNS his home(not the bank)...my wife and i are a couple of dinks who will probably be able to weather the storms either way.

11. Me too. I'm almost at the point that it's like: Fuck it-let the Bitch have it
she'll get her ass beat in the GE and then we'll be done with her once and for all. This woman has the highest negatives of any candidate EVER running for president. And yet, she thinks she can win a GE. Her ruthless ambition, her determination that if she can't have the office, no other Democrat will, is disgusting. Why does she want it so bad that she'd be willing to destroy another Democrat and the party she claims to be a member of to get it? Why? At this point, if she's willing to steal it to get there, she deserves it. So let her have it--and everything that will go with it. The GOP tearing HER to shreds, her loss in the GE in November, and the knowledge she can never, ever try for office again. It would serve her right. But our country is so fucked up, I'd hate to see McCain in office, but Hillary apparently has no such problems with endorsing him if she can't have that office.

9. I felt the same way on Wednesday. She wants it this bad, let her have it--
Edited on Fri Mar-07-08 10:08 AM by wienerdoggie
she's mocked me as an Obama supporter, she's trashed Obama, she's elevating our opponent to the detriment of the Democratic Party, she's an unstable, unprincipled power-starved maniac. Let the Democrats who support her get what they deserve. I'll just laugh in November, no matter what happens. The Democratic Party will get its comeuppance for allowing this parasitic family to take over the host once again.

10. I'm starting to see things that way...
scorched earth is pretty much where we are anyway. This country has no soul. Maybe the people of the US have to totally bottom out before they are willing to change.

4. A bit presumptuous of you to say you know what someone knows.
If you would say what you really mean to say, that it's you who thinks she's no more ready than Obama, I'd have no problem with that. But you don't have clairvoyance, and you shouldn't claim you do.

6. Fair point. However, if she doesn't know it, it's all the more reason why
she shouldn't be making the claims she's making about readiness.

So I am assuming she is smart enough to know, and am giving her the benefit of the doubt.
