Have you ever watched a woman standing in line behind another woman? Most of the time nothing happens but, on occasion, you will see her lean in and tap the other on the shoulder, asking where she "got that gorgeous blouse!"

This is no different. She looked great and she felt great last night. If she were some random stranger on the street and I was in close quarters with her I'd probably lean in and ask where she "got her outfit".

(Oh, and I've done the same with men. If they have something great on, smell fantastic, etc I will sometimes ask a similar question. I'll tell them that I'm curious and always looking for new products and great places to shop for the men in my life.
