Because Clinton didn't have to carry out the orders of cheney's energy task force to secure the Iraqi Oil Fields and get no-bid contracts for Halliburton. bush accomplished that mission. He just needed a reason to lie to the American People about WMD and Iraq because he had to get those oil fields because cheney ordered it. cheney has secured the services of tony the fixer scalia to ensure his secret will stay secret, but I believe the truth will out.
