EXIT POLL: Hillary led among women, although her advantage was smaller than seen in earlier states.
UPDATE: My colleague, Avi Zenilman, suggests this is the tea leaf: "Overall, Obama led among men and Clinton led among women, although her advantage among women appeared smaller than was seen in early primary states."

1. Unfortunately for Obama women turned out in larger numbers
Maybe a woman candidate on the ballot has something to do with it.

4. Except Clinton was expected to win the women's vote by a wide margin.
Now this depends on how close it is. But if Hillary only wins the women's vote by 5%, it could spell trouble.

2. Wow, that's not good for Hillary if true.
But these exit polls don't mean much right now...so I won't get too excited.

3. from the same post
More than one in 10 Democratic voters were under age 30 and one in five were over age 65. Among GOP primary voters fewer than one in 10 were under 30 and a quarter were over 65.

This would be good for Senator Clinton...

5. The tea leaf is older voters turned out in twice the numbers and younger voters

And, that is for Hillary.

Obama might be out tonight.
