2. The House would break the tie in the Presidential race...

The Senate would break the VP tie.

So potentially you could end up with a Prez and a VP from different parties. Not this year, though, not with the Republicans controlling both houses.

Ralph Nader ready to screw things up. In today's L.A. Times he says he's doing the Dems a favor. Okay?? On the one hand, because we Demmies are cringing at the thought of him running again, will hopefully bring more voter turn-out--especially for Kerry. 6. You can't blame the DLC's weak pathetic choice of a candidate on Nader..

I'm not a big fan of Ralphie's alleged presidential ambitions, but the bottom line is that the Democratic party had the opportunity to bring in voters who had long taken themselves out of the process. They fucked up bigtime by pulling a bait and switch with status quo establishment DLC waffle boy.

So if he can't pull off a win, Kerry fans, start with the mirror when you are looking for a scapegoat.

not every member right. So who controls the delegations matter, not necessarily pure numbers.

And the new congress would be sworn in before the electors vote, so it is imperative that we get back Congress, in case this does happen!
